Job Description: Nurse Practitioner
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join another NP with our team at Advanced Spinal Rehabilitation and provide high-quality, patient-focused care. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of health conditions while working collaboratively with patients and the care team to promote wellness and improve outcomes. Must be credentialed and contracted with all major insurance carriers accepted by the practice, prior to or upon hire.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop, implement, and manage patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient medical records.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and national certification (FNP, AGNP, etc.).
- Must be credentialed and contracted with all major insurance carriers accepted by the practice, prior to or upon hire.
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000 – $95,000 per year
